Tom and Chakotay placed their trays down and sat across from him once settled Tom explained their reasons for seeking him out, "Tuvok, Chakotay and I wish to seek out your help to sort out some issues that need to be addressed, to help us deal with what has happened between us, that is if you're willing to help us that is."
Linking his fingers together as he glanced between them saying, "Thomas it is noted in your file that you need to work out your emotions about what happened before returning to duty shift. I can see why you can't seek out counsel from Commander Chakotay, since it is noticeable that the two of you are in the beginnings of a relationship together, that leaves me or the doctor and since it's well known that you and the Doctor rub each other the wrong way, the logical choice is me. If Commander Chakotay also wishes to seek out my counsel as well, I can arrange some time to see both of you either together or alone."
Chakotay nodded as he finished off his meal saying, "How soon can we start?"
Looking over at him balefully he replied, "How about next week, I wish it could be sooner than that but we're entering Helua space and I'm preparing for Kuia trial, Thomas I need you to prepare a statement before that time."
"Do I need to be there?"
"I'm hoping that we don't need to put you on the stand but there is little hope they may insist on you being there."

Tom jumped when he heard the Captain asking, "Is this table always this rowdy?"

I believe you Ken and I know that Greg was never his lover either. With a smug grin Ken told him, "Chakotay I never had any doubts about Tommy." Chakotay paused by the door long enough to hear her reply, "Crewman Gaslow I'd advised you to drop this matter before it blows up in your face, just in case you have forgotten there were witnesses who can state that you started it by taunting Tom. So wise up and drop this matter." With that she stood up and headed out of the room, with that signal everyone gathered their things together and followed her out of the Mess hall.

Entering their quarters Chakotay led Tom to their room saying, "Get some rest love."

"Can we have a small wedding?"

Inserting the key into the lock opening the lid Chakotay smiled as the smell of sandalwood waffled out to greet him, reminding him of his home, carefully laying out each article with care, first to be out was his buckskins pants and vest that had be made with painstaking care by his mother, brushing over the beads that had been painstakingly hand sewn on by her nimble fingers, done in the ways of their ancestors. Finding the small pouch Chakotay untied to knots and opened it tipping it up so that the contents fell into his hand, looking down at the ring that had graced his father's ring finger for as long as he could remember, picking up the bluish-green ring made out of a precious stone called turquoise turning it over and over in his palm with a fond smile, Chakotay placed it back into the pouch and retying the bag up. Chakotay set about placing everything back into the chest for the next time to wear the clothes meant for their day, locking the chest back up, picking up the pouch knowing that once they were married the chest would remain unlocked and its contents no longer a secret to his Poocuh.
Getting to his feet Chakotay checked to make sure that Tom was still asleep before moving over to his desk, thankful that the movie had been interesting and allowed him to do what he needed without Tom know what he was up to, finishing off closing down his console, Chakotay did a quick clean up not really his forte, Tom was the neat freak out of the two of them, but he did his share, his living area stayed spotless while his bedroom always looked like a hurricane has swept through it.

Tom also spend that time working on a new holodeck program, it was meant to be a surprise for Chakotay's for their bonding ceremony that was to be done at a time when they felt the time was right to come out in the open, he knew that Chakotay wish that that could be married on Dovan V so Tom decided on the next best thing, over the years he had a fair knowledge of Dovan V and felt that he could do a Holo program just for them and for a place to go when Chakotay stuff a bout of homesickness, a retreat of sort, he decided that when the time was right they would use it for their second wedding, he knew that till they had joined in the ways of Chakotay's people he wouldn't officially been seen as his husband by his family.

Walking into the transporter room wrapped up in each other Chakotay and Tom stepping up to on the transporter platform, Chakotay nodded that the crewman manning the station saying, "Beam us down to the planet please."

Following the woman into a small room, before they had a chance to get their bearing the two tiny ladies dragged and pushed them into a circle painted on the ground half in gold and the other half in silver.
"Cross your wrist and hold each other's hands," Nodding as they did as they were told, to confused to question her then she bind their wrist with a gold and silver cord nodding as a gold and silver light begun to glow and brighten the room, as it begun to fade Yula recited, "You are now one, let no one unbind your souls and untwine your love, the Gods bless this union, Chakotay Paris and Thomas Eugene Paris-Chakotay are one from this day forth." With a smile Yula told them, "It's done. I'll witness the exchanging of the rings and sign what ever papers you have to proof that you are wed."
Heya stepped forward saying, "You are really blessed this day Yula rarely bonds off worlders but the Gods spoke to her to bond the two of you." Untying the cord from their wrist smiling as she pointed, "Look Yula."

Wiping a tear from her eye Yula whispered, "You may kiss the groom."

Tom smiled as he said, "Thanks," Reaching into his bag that had fell during the bonding, finding what was needed to make it official for Janeway.
Yula signed the paper and padd saying, "You will be blessed in your union, when the time is right, your final union will happen in paradise, your union will be plentiful. Thomas have no worries about Kuia, he and his crew will be made to pay for their deeds against you and the crew, now go and enjoy, May the Gods continue to bless you."
